Join us at the Sparrow stage on Saturday July 9 at 8:00 am for a FREE high intensity interval training class. This will be a perfect warm-up if you are participating in the color run or a great way to start your morning and be apart of all the Common Ground Festivities. All fitness levels welcomed. Please bring a yoga mat or a towel and water.
