Common Ground Music Festival “Bike” Night!
Lansing, MI—Common Ground Music Festival and WMMQ announced today “Bike Night” on Saturday, July 12 at this years festival! Motorcycle owners will have the chance to purchase a ticket for Saturday only at this year’s festival which will include parking their “bike” on the Shiawassee Street Bridge within the festival grounds. Tickets are $26 while they last (only 200 available). Each patron/rider must have a ticket.
Kevin Meyer of Meridian Entertainment Group/Festival Director stated, “Combine the growing popularity of motorcycles, Grand Funk Railroad, WAR, the Sweet, comedians David Crowe, Geechy Guy, Paul & Storm, Dan St. Paul, what a great night for a “ride”, along with something novel added to our festival atmosphere!”
Go to the WMMQ website, click on the “Common Ground Bike Night” link to purchase your ticket. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Holders of the tickets can enter on Saturday, July 12 beginning at 5:30pm ONLY at the corner of Grand Avenue and Shiawassee Street (West end of the Shiawassee Street Bridge). All “bikes” will be parked on the Shiawassee Street Bridge for display!

Single day general admission tickets are on sale now! Individual, single day general admission tickets for Monday, July 7th, Tuesday, July 8th, Wednesday, July 9th, Thursday, July 10th, Saturday, July 12th and Sunday, July 13th are $26 in advance and $32 beginning July 1st. Individual, single day general admission tickets for Friday, July 11th are $34 in advance and $39 beginning July 1st.
NEW! Reserved nightly UPGRADE for the Capital City Airport WEST MAIN STAGE! Only $10 per night! No need to bring a chair, we have your spot reserved! With this upgrade, you get prime seating in the middle of the concert venue. The seats are located next to the sound mixing position, approximately 150’ from the front of the Capital City Airport West Main Stage. Feel free to roam the grounds and enjoy the entertainment and know that your seat will be waiting for you when you are ready to enjoy the show. The section includes approximately 150 seats nightly*. These reserved seats may be purchased as an upgrade to a nightly general admission individual ticket or, as an upgrade for the general admission multiple day pass (Common Card). *You must have a ticket to be seated in this section; a ticket is required for everyone including Children 10 and under.

With this upgrade, you get prime seating for this specific performance at the Pearle Vision EAST MAIN STAGE. The first 11 rows of this performance will be reserved seating*. These reserved seats may be purchased as an upgrade to a nightly general admission individual ticket or, as an upgrade for the general admission, multiple day pass (Common Card). *You must have a ticket to be seated in this section; a ticket is required for everyone including Children 10 and under.
